THE RE (ensign)
I am only wishing this. For me only & for other interests. What other´s choice no idea. My last Spanish owners sold on their home, passed me a Bandera de España.
For living for near 20 years, I have always flown the Bandera de España defined in the Spanish with my Spanish española, as in the Constitution of 1978 .The flag can only be flown horizontally from public buildings, private homes, businesses, ships, town squares, or during official ceremonies. While the flag should be flown from sunrise to sunset, government offices in Spainand abroad must fly the flag on a 24-hour basis (during the night, it must be properly lit). The flags must conform to the legal standards, and cannot be soiled or damaged in any way. (difficult buying at the Chinese shop!)
Now! (RayD, start checking, make sure they´re taking down notes! at night! aghhhhh)
(Yawn)…... Flags, passion and anger: reporting from a divided Spain. But Francisco Fernández Marugán, the national ombudsman, criticised the move on the grounds that Spain is constitutionally a secular state. Article 16.3 of the 1978 Spanish constitution states: “No religion shall have a state character. “Mar 29, 2018. (Come on RayD, you´ll be threatening all! (only joking)!
A BRITISH ex-pat(hate that word!) has been threatened by police with an €800 fine for not taking down the Union Jack (should be Union Flag) bunting at her ‘Little Britannia’ bar in Spain. (this January year would you believe……...”Yes Benidorm”)
Very often, the colours used in any flag represent the values of that country (or other entity). Black often represents determination, ethnic heritage, and/or defeating one's enemies. Blue often represents freedom, vigilance, perseverance, justice, prosperity, peace, and/or patriotism.
Flag of Nepal. Are (as far as I go), are the only(?) non rectangular national flag consisting of two united pennant (triangular flags) & not may I´ve never seen them flown in Torrevieja (may be wrong!). For for LeckyLes quiz night?
I still share Korean & Mercedes cars, without allowing the an insignia (from Latin insignia, plural of insigne, meaning an emblem, symbol, ensign') is a sign or mark distinguishing a group, grade, rank, or function. Even Hitler loved the VW symbol & still world wide allowed.
(Not be-badged yet?)
I don´t follow (or even follow or understand soccer), & follow no flags other than My Spanish Chinese shop (every year). I´m European (& so would may a lose or star, so what the point).
I´ll stick with the Spanish flag & start leaning the military bugle in at night-fall. Or may be not. The Guadia are here?
Enjoy all, the weather & don´t fade the flag!
