...e a car as very often there are rugs at SATS ( dogs trust)on the road to Orihuela on Sunday and Wednesday mornings from 10 am to noon.
Leroy Merlin have some lovely rugs but pricier than Ikea Hold off until Black Friday and you may get 20% off Should be last Friday of November but check it out.
I have rugs beside our beds and throughout the house …cosy but dirt collectors. Well worth it for comfort

Yes there is a bus -direct from town centre to the market entrance. If you go to the bus inter cambiador( exchange, where all the A---H buses stop) there is a designated market bus on Friday mornings....Line H, fare without a free bus pass is €1.55 one way.

No, not seasonal its on every Friday morning (except holidays) Its a huge market that sells almost everything!

Thanks for all the info. I'll give the market a try next Friday and also have a look at Leroy Merlin. I see by their website that they deliver. I've checked IKEA website too. Thanks again everyone.

We bought ours from Leroy Merlin. Lovely selection and great quality. We keep ours rolled up under spare bedroom beds for the summer 😊

I’ve seen some in Leroy Merlín (las Habaneras). Also possible.,Torregrosa on Avenida Los Valencianas.

Yes me too John, that's why I suggested it --especially as Bubsy had said "inexpensive" I dont find some of these suggestions inexpensive at all & I know that word is subjective but some of these places are out of my price range for something used occasionally.

Hope Bubsy gets sorted soon, ...it's chilly this morning brrrrr
