Hello,

I have a wonderful  3 bed /2 bath seafront apartment in Guardamar which may fit your bill. It has English and Spanish TV, WiFi, Heating, Garage, and It is in a small block of four across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town. I can send you more details if I can have your e-mail address. The property is available from 7th Nov to early  7th Feb so exactly 3 months. I could let you have  the property for 850 Euros per month plus electricity.

Kind regards,

Kate

We go in the winter months to Torrevieja and always use Airbnb or Home away and found them brilliant and the price is also brilliant. We got a 3 bedroom apartment near the bus station for 540 euros a month. A 2 bed on playa de cura for 510 euro for 5 weeks.

Your Welcome Mozza, I am sure for 3 months you will get a better deal. The 2 bedroom was fantastic with a lovely nice sized terrace that we always had our lunch on. The supermarket was only a few minutes walk away. Prawn's a baget, salad and wine was a favourite for lunch.

We was suppose to be out all march and April but the flights were far too expensive with bad timing so we changed to April and May but then it was canceled due to the virus so we have credit on the airlines and Airbnb. We hope to get out again in the winter months as soon as things get back to near normal. The area of Los locos is great we was only 2 minutes walk from the sea front. We was out mid November and most of December. Weather was fantastic, sunny every day apart from one day of showers. It does though get cool around 16,00 so make sure you take some jumpers for the evenings. We were opposite the Irish pub Dirty Nellies . No Noise though.

Hi. Is it torrevieja way on that you are looking. I have a front line apartment in El Campello. Walk out of the apartment, across the road to the beach.

Below is the view from the apartment, so you can see how far from the sea.

If you're interested I can PM you the agent details. It is on booking.com etc but could be cheaper if booked direct.

There is UK TV and Fibre optic WiFi.
