Yes, I totally agree with naming this agent as I have been looking for properties in the Costa Blanca and in all honesty, some but not all will tell you absolutely anything.
I find this forum really helpful also.
As we are also from the kingdom ,we hope to see ye settled somewhere near us ,we are in playa flamenca just a couple of time a year 🇮🇪☘

Please don't be upset. You were given sound advice and if your heart is set upon moving, you will find a way. Maybe the time isn't right for you just now.
Give your girls a hug and count your blessings that the Estate Agent was a 'decent gent'. You could be in a worse situation.

It looks beautiful there I just passed through it a very pretty place. I won't get back to Spain this year my daughter is getting married in February so busy times ahead. Next time I go over I'm going to go to playa flamenca for a couple of days.
