Are you a legal resident here in Spain?

Do you have the Green "credit card" size residency card?

The TIE is a Spanish identity card for Expats. If you are successful in applying for residency you will be issued a TIE. If you have a green residency card you can (but it's not compulsory, yet) exchange it for a TIE.

I’ve heard that some elderly and disabled people can still use Torrevieja.
