Selling a property for 70k, the agents said that's all the buyers can afford, so okay, we go with that, (not desperate, but need to get it off our hands quickly and have no mortgage). (After selling three properties here in Spain, I know that the agents do often blag things!)  We get the contracts through today to sign, the one from our solicitors says the the selling price as 70k and the contract from the buyers agents says almost the same content, apart from the buying price of 80k.  I'm more than a little bit miffed at the greediness of the agent, but I've never had to sign two different contacts before, with two different prices.  What's the thoughts on this from others here?

I'm in the UK for a little while at the moment and this particular contract is to sign to say that I will sell to that buyer.  My solicitor is working for me and their one is working for them.  The estate agents are the ones acting on behalf of the buyer.

The bottom line: the usual rip-off
