The obvious question - have the community fees been paid up to date?

What a terrible position to be in.  In our community we have a lot of apartments that are rented out but the people who rent them are not allowed to attend meetings and they don't get the minutes of the meetings etc.  Only the apartment owners have rights and if there are any problems for the renters they have to get their landlord to sort things out.  I know what you mean about a controlling Presidente though, we have one of those.....the only way of doing things is their way.

Hi, and Welcome to the Forum,

If you are sure, as Jim points out, All Fees are paid and up to date then do as your Solicitor advises and call The Guardia.

It is right that the owner has to attend meetings and such and tenants don’t have a say as the owner has the vote, that’s the way it works
