You're wrong. They were written into the draft agreement, but not into the foraml agreement.

That is not what President Sanchez has said and the President of the Valencia community. all signed with the UK government doi ng the same for the Spanish in Britan all pensions will be honoured including increases and health care will remain the same.

My understanding is that everything at the moment is still ‘’if’s and but’s’’ no absolute final agreement has been reached and put into law. Perhaps some people have been reading too much of the Sun.
Seems at the moment some cannot even agree on tourist quarantine rules, more a case of punish the tourist workers and let them eat out of the bins unless we get our way. It’s my ball and I’m taking it home.

Just a suggestion maybe you should read the Spanish press instead of foreign press,reference tourist ,Tourist will arrive when theh Minster of health thinks it's safe for Spanish citizens not before,its people before profit,a good business will survive and yes its difficult.

My wife and I are most fortunate that we should be able to obtain Irish passports
As she has a Irish grandparents and I a Irish Father
So we both have full EU rights and we shall both travel to our home in Torrevieja
Using Irish Passports
Being Scottish i am of the mind to toss our UK passports into the.fire
