Lettings up to 31 consecutive days are considered as touristic lettings and need special tourist license.

Have tourist licence, all sorted, wondered if it was possible to advertise on CBF, for short term holidays.

Killjoy, that is not correct. A Tourist License is required if the property is rented out for holiday/leisure purposes regardless of the length of the let. It is the reason for the let, not the length of the stay that determines if a Tourist License is required.
