Can I rent a ground floor acomadation near the beach for 2 months maybe from Jan 2021

Looking for ground floor acomadation near beach facilities for 2to 3 months in torrevieja is this poss and how much. Many thanks

Yes I'm sure it's possible but impossible to quote you the cost, it can vary so much....Where it is, what type of accomodation,, what facilities it has etc. Not sure whether 2/ 3 months is classed as a short or long term rental, if its the former, then the owner needs to have a tourist licence to all ow the property to be legally rented.

Hi , Try by googling Estate agents who have rentals in Torrevieja . The only one I know closeby is called Sell to Go & they have a website.......https://sell-2-go.com/ but there are dozens to choose from in the Torrevieja area so good luck!

Check out www.spain-holiday.com and www.homeaway.co.uk as good starting sites. Also this forum has a property rental section where people advertise. Technically if you are renting for two to three months then it would classed as a seasonal let so no rental license is required on the property but the sites I have given only take properties that are licensed. Get an all inclusive deal. You will pay a lower rate for 3 months continuous rental than you will see displayed on the weekly/nightly charges so send messages on the properties you like the look of and ask for an all inclusive of utilities price for the length of stay you want. Check what type of heating the property has too.
Don't forget that your stay will need to be a maximum of 90 days.
