For sure you can as you can learn everything as long as yoyu are motivated. Radio, TV, and priinted media help a great lot. Practice is the best teacher, take the challenge.

It's always best jumping in at the deep end and that's the best way to improve your confidence in the language. Twenty odd years ago I got a job working in Turkey...when I turned up I couldn't speak a word of the language, but I persevered from day one and by the end of the year I was pretty fluent. Level B1/B2 in any language is a great start and is a great thing to build on. What I always find is to try and concentrate on functional everyday language to start off with. Also, learn language around your interests...i.e if you are a football fan, watch a match on the TV in Spanish or read football articles in Spanish and so on - that helps keep you engaged and motivated and your confidence in using the language will continually improve.
