Travel insurance

A friend of mine is moving back to the U.K. and can’t get travel insurance for a one way trip. Has anyone got any suggestions please?

She has to ask herself why she really wants, or needs travel insurance for a 3 hour flight from Spain to the Uk. I don’t think it’s mandatory, and once in the UK if she is a UK citizen she has the relative entitlements. So if it’s just for travel cover as you said, I wouldn’t bother.
