Hi looking to buy a holiday home in 2021

Welcome to you and your family!
Do you know the area well? I would definitely recommend a few visits before buying. There are lots of lovely areas, depending on what your family’s priorities are.
We live on Lago Jardín 1, near the edge of the Pink Lake. It’s a five minute drive from Torrevieja, and has good amenities, is safe and friendly, and there are plenty of children/teenagers in the Summer - many from families who have properties here, so the children all meet up for holidays every year. Also a good mix of multi-nationality residents, so there’s a bit of life all year round.

Due to Brexit and Covid it will be later on in the year before I hope to come across and start to view properities, However thank you for the heads up.
