Hola Pedro,
Aren’t you the lucky fellow!

Restaurants.
I imagine you are looking for high end eateries or you wouldn’t be looking for recommendations. Fortunately, there are some very good restaurants in the town.
Mason de la Costa....within walking distance from the marina.
Sunset...( Belgian owners) a slightly longer walk along the Playa Del Cura beach, very far end almost on the headland. A spanish restaurant is a short walk further along from it, on the headland. Very smart, good wines.( used to be known as Fusion but recently been renamed)
Taxi drive to the Bar Lavento...looks like an old spanish galleon both inside and out. Extremely popular with the well heeled spanish. Located on the edge of the La Mata beach ,Torrevieja end. Once there, walk along the promenade, you will see some restaurants around the curve of the beach. All owned by the same owner as Bar Lavento. Fusion...ultra modern, delicious food, popular with the younger generation. Next door, BBQ...know nothing about it but seems popular, next to it is Vela Beach. Open all year round and well supported by spanish and the rest of us! Summertime,we always book for both lunch and dinner.
Loads more, but start with these and you won’t go far wrong.
Should also include one of our personal favourites, SNAPPS AND KETCHUP..Belgian. Taxi or get the La Mata bus * avenue de Paris one...it is in Torreblanca. Superb.
Los Locas....La Boca...we love it too. Walk along the coast , past Sunset, continue along the coast path and you soon arrive at Los Locas...far end, left hand side.
Enjoy. Cheers.
