The rent would be £400 a month including all bills.

Thanks for your info.

We have a small dog, well behaved, keeps her paws on the floor and not the furniture. She is 6 years old, a cross poodlexschnauzer. She does not shed hairs as she has poodle fur.

We are late 70s so would treat your place as if it was our own.

We have friends in San Louis who have cats otherwise we would have stayed with them.

Good morning Marie

Just to put you in the picture. We have a sale of our property in the UK, so I think if everything goes to plan it should hopefully be completed mid February.

Is your apartment on the ground floor? How many bedrooms has it got?

Our other thing is we have to book our ferry, although we live near Plymouth they do not sail in the winter so we have to sail from Portsmouth which only sails twice a week.

We wish to rent your apartment. As things progress I will get in contact with you again.
