I'll be visiting in June for a month and will be staying on calle Marcellina Nueva torrevieja. Would like to play pickleball and /or table tennis while I'm there. I will not be driving.

There's El Capitan https://m.facebook.com/elcapitan.sportcenter/?locale=es_ES but it's too far to walk. However, I think you are staying close to the bus station, from which you can get a bus to Rocio del mar/Punta Prima which will leave you with an easy walk of a few hundred metres.
If you Google padel tennis in Torrevieja, there is a tennis club which might suit you.
