Are you already living in Spain now?
What passport do you hold, UK or EU?
If you hold a UK passport you will need to apply for and secure a job first and then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf from the Spanish consulate in the UK.
If you have an EU or Irish Passport you can move over to Spain, sign on the foreigners register and look for work.

To be able to move over to Spain and live permanently you will need to apply for a visa.
If you want to live and work in Spain you will need to apply for and secure a position first and then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf. All job vacancies in Spain must be advertised and be offered to an EU citizen first by law. If the employer cannot find a suitable candidate for the position then they can offer the job to a third national person, from the UK.
You can't just move to Spain nowadays and then look for work.
