Hi I’ve just joined this group tonight; been looking to buy an apartment since last year/ anyway due to health reasons I’m looking at coming over for a visit and then go looking at property’s; should I stay in hotel or rent an apartment for few weeks ; any advice would be appreciated. Thank you x

Hi Terry; Marilyn and your beautiful wee dog ;Ithaks for replying so quickly; I’m just in from a walk with my daughters dog who I babysit;  he’s a wee Westie called Billy ; love him to bits ; it’s absolutely freezing here in Scotland ie Glasgow:if you don’t mind I’ll be asking a few questions thanks again for the lovely welcome x

Is torriveja a nice place to buy apartment; I’ve never been before but I’ve looked up a lot of good comments on this site I’d like to be within walking distance to shops / as don’t drive anymore also is it safe for me to walk about alone any info would be appreciated thanks

For short stay I'd recommend a hotel rather than an apartment. "Gran Via" is located in the town center and only 35,- a day room only. If you deal with an agent stay away from any advance payments and fees. Such money would be gone forever.

At this time of year you will get a holiday let really cheap This would be my choice
