Abandoned Motor vehicle

There appears to be an abandoned Vehicle on the street out side my apartment. It has been there close on a year now. Besides becoming an eyesore it is also a safety issue. Who would advise if it is abandoned and how to get rid of it.

Report it to the local police. They will check and put a sticker on it saying it will be removed by Gruas within a certain period. We've had a couple on our urbanisation which have been removed in a few days. Especially if they check and it is missing insurance or ITV or whatever.
