Good morning forum,could anyone please recommend,a boni fide honest letting agency who deal with iong term rentals, in the Torrevija area.Thannks in anticipation of a reply.

Het is zeer moeilijk een bureau te vinden dat betrouwbaar is. Ik heb ook een huisje in Torrevieja en verhuur onder gebracht bij:

“Van Dam Estates” toen zaten ze nog gevestigd in Torrevieja. Hun kantoor is verhuisd naar San Pedro del Pinatar. Eerste indruk was goed, maar bleek achteraf niet zo betrouwbaar en de woning werd niet goed schoon gemaakt.
Ik ben er op terug gekomen om bij een bureau mijn huisje onder te brengen voor verhuur. Teleurstellingen zijn meestal groter dan de opbrengst die ook nog eens belast wordt door de Spaanse Belasting op de huuropbrengst.

You can either go through a rental agent whom charge you commission or someone whom does it privately and all official with correct documents required

My friend and I have homes I Torrevieja and are planning on renting homes out. My friend dies it privately.
