I have 10 4800 watt panels and a 5Kw battery

Use is 2 fridges ,oven, tv, lights ,and Air con for a hour  or  so before bed . pool pump for 2-3 hours a day

So do you think this is enough for a small 2 bed bungalow  To be almost off grid ?

Alan, I’m guessing you miss typed 4800 watt pañales and really mean 480w.

Ten of them will give you best part of 4kw which should be sufficient for a small house.  I, personally, wouldn’t install more unless you add some power hungry stuff like A/C or an EV.

Ah yes 480 watts per panel

not sure about batteries if you are not off grid...long payback time and they have a limited life...i am very happy 2 months in with pool heater and ACs running...bills are already tumbling down...

Agreed on batteries. I have seven grands (€) worth of OPZ lead acid batteries. 680 KWh at 48v. They do allow me to run A/C overnight and give me autonomy during outages but the price tag is hard to take.
