Hi. I'm sorry but unable to help with translation but could you tell me how you obtained your husbands medical notes please. I do know that most doctors surgeries advertising for medical translators so you could look there. TIA

Think this lady probably means the literature you get from the medico or hospital,after a visit?

I have his medical notes from his Irish doctor which need to be translated into Spanish so I can give them to a Spanish doctors practice
