Restrictions allowing, my wife and I are looking for a holiday let (not a studio) for 30 days from 18th July to 17th August in the Torrevieja area while searching for our own holiday property (advice is welcome as long as it’s positive). We are hoping to rent something basic, not isolated but hopefully with communal pool and reasonable outside space to enjoy the sun. TIA

Hello,
I have a lovely 2 bed apartment in El Pinet which is on the outskirts of La Marina village with a rooftop solarium, large sunny balcony which overlooks the pool. La Marina is about 20 minutes drive north of Torreveija .The cost for one month would be 600 Euros.If you click on the rental section on this website it is advertised there ate 425 Euros but that is the price for a long term rental. The neighbours are both from the UK and have lived there for many years so it is always good to have some locals to get advice and help from.

Thank your for your enquiry. What dates are you thinking of first of all?To book I will need your e-mail address and I would send you a booking form with all the details etc. Things seem to change from week to week with the lifting of restrictions so we would need to see nearer the time. Are you travelling from the UK or do you live in Spain as that would make a difference?
