Hi, I need help connecting my laptop to my hp printer, I have just changed my internet provider, wifi ok on laptop and cell phone but cannot connect my printer.

Thanks Kenneth, I have tried all of the recommendations on YouTube and google etc but with no joy. I have a HP 6030e printer.

If you go to hpcustomersupport, there are detailed instructions on how to configure and connect this printer, in fact any printer model.
It may just be a question of downloading a new driver? However, the hp support site is very comprehensive and has solved my problems before now!

Hi
Have you found the WPS button on your router? You should be able to press it, and also press the WPS button or menu option on your printer in order to connect.

If (like me) you find there is no WPS button on your router you could log on to the router using the userid/password that is probably on the label stuck to it. Somewhere on the router menu you should be able to switch WPS on. But be careful not to change anything else!

Hi Steve, I have already tried pressing the WPS button on my router but the light does not flash. I have also tried rebooting the router several times as well. All to no avail.

I admit I've never done this myself, but on your router I think you need to press the button for 5 seconds or more.
