I have had a terrible experience with Jaime Ferrer Galvez Abogados in Torrevieja.

I inherited a property in Torrevieja and for four years they led me to believe they were working on my case. I paid them 1,500 Euros in October 2021 and they asked for a further 4,700 Euros in January 2024. During this period they led me to believe that they had registered the Power of Attorney documents and were just waiting for other appointments to register title deeds, pay taxes etc. However, I found out in January 2024 that they had done nothing in four years. When I queried sending the 4,700 Euros they ceased all contact with me. These are the actions of a crooked organisation perpetrating a scam.

I intended to sell the property and due to the delay in doing this, I am £6,000 out of pocket due to the ongoing maintenance and bills in keeping the property for far longer than should have been necessary. I have had to find a new lawyer and start the whole process again.
