The most sensitive part of a gas boiler is a rubber membrane triggering the gas flow by the water pressure. The membrane is a few pennies, but it takes about an hour to substitute. Mechanics do not like this type of work and will try to convince you to buy a new boiler. Be prepared.

If its a Spanish make of boiler then scrap it! They are unreliable and poorly engineered. Spend your money wisely and get rid of it!
