Advice on renting out your property

We own an apartment in Torrevieja as we are retiring at the end of the year we are planning on spending 6 months (winter there and 6 manths on UK. To help fund this our plan would be to rent out for the 6 months we are away. can somebody give us advice on all the necessary permits and registrations needed and howto go about getting them. also advice on the actual finding tennants and finding a management company etc.
