Hello, would anyone be able to share a recent experience of applying for a Padron with Torrevieja council please? I’ve been given the appointment telephone number but no matter how early I try calling it, no-one answers! Can you book an appointment on line and if so how? I already have the correct form to complete as I was given one when I went to the relevant office this morning. I don’t speak Spanish, would I need to attend any appointments with a Spanish speaker?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks in advance.

Hi, just turn up to the building next to the town hall. I went at 12.45 and there was no queue

I can get by day to day by using the Spanish language but if I have to attend the ayuntamiento (town hall), centro de salud (health centre or hospital I invariably take a translator with me.   This helps to ensure that there are no mix-ups in the translation.
