Hello good morning, I've been trying to get an appointment with INSS acequion from nearly a week, online and phoning, and have got no where, please can you help as I'm getting rather frustrated now.

Another problem can't get appointment for tie card in Torrevieja either, so stressful and I've not long ago had a operation and I can't be getting stressed please someone help. Thank you kind regards Karen Tracey Whitehead

There is another option on there to submit your documents without a digital certificate - otherwise you just have to keep trying & other posters suggest it can take weeks.
I also suggest you could get a gester to help you with both procedures, I dont know what they currently charge so you would have to ask. www.getlegalinspain.com

Just read your other post --- the TIE can only be obtained from the Foreigners Office in Alicante , it requires a couple of visits to submit documents & get fingerprints taken & then go back & collect your card

We used a translator to make appointment at the INSS we had appointment in just a couple of days of her getting in touch with them she then went with us to complete everything for us cost 40€ but worth all the hassle

I think I may be a bit late but you can do your tie application yourself. You can get the formoff internet, complete it, and make an appointment. Just Google it. Hope usefull
