Online application for Social Security appointment.

Hi, I need to make an appointment at the Social Security office in Torrevieja online. I have just got my residencia sorted so need to go there with my S1 forms to get my social security certificate so I can register with a doctor. Just not sure what I should select for the right appointment. Do I just select Pensions and other applications or do I need to click on the left side on Certificates. Just want to make sure I make the appointment with the right section. Thanks
