Good afternoon.

Could I please ask if I can go to the Torrevieja padron office to renew my padron can I use the ticket system for a appointment rather than book online.

Hi,

Unless anything has changed, yes.

Last year we just turned up at the office around 11am. There were about 4 people milling around outside so we popped in and told them at the desk that we wanted to renew our patrons. Told to wait outside and we were called in within 10mins.

Hi,

As I speak Spanish we didn't have any problems so I'd advise you either take a translator or a friend that has a good level of Spanish.

Good luck and hope you get sorted soon :-)
