Spanish Tax Forms Ltd have maintained their prices at £34.95 for completion and submission of the Modelo 210, and a further £12 if you need them to make the tax payment on your behalf:

The rules haven't changed but the % tax has changed for UK resident owners since the UK became a 3rd country. I think it's increased from 19% to 24%. 

You can still complete the form online and pay at the bank. The form is at https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/wlpl/OV17-M210/index.zul

The calculation by STF is per property but the extra £12 to pay it is per person making it £58.95 for 2 owners.

I too am with the same company (Angar Taxation Service) and yes their increase for paying it is horrendous doubling the price. I am particularly annoyed at their lack of notification to all clients as the majority have only discovered this by threads on forums or arranging this year's process. They will lose a lot of business. There are other companies who offer the service such as Spanish tax forms and another one Taxadora who quote in €s, their price is €59.95 for complete service for joint(2) owners. I haven't heard of anyone who uses this company, maybe someone can recommend them in this thread.

Hi Kim, 

their website now has a host of differrent services depending on whether its just for preparation and calculation or additional charge for the paying of said tax. Their charge for calculation is €20 per person incl iva. Therefore 2 owners would pay €40 for the calculation, but in the past that fee would have included the payment to the Authorities which now have an added €20 per person fee. Hence the original charge of €20 has now doubled to €40 and if joint ownership €40 has become €80 which is a tremendous jump. There is another service which is for dealing with previous owed years calculations which is quoted at €20 plus iva (slightly more). The increase from last year's calculation of 19% to 24% is a result of Brexit as no longer being EU citizens. According to Angar,s website the "change" is more about the way they processed the payments not a general change by the Authorities. I haven't decided who I will use in the future but I am not paying €80 when other companies offer the complete service for €60 or £60.
