payment of non-residents tax

I wonder if anyone can advise how one can pay non-residents tax remotely?

Hi
Before we became resident we used to use Angar Taxation services which can all be done via email and were the cheapest we found.
They are very efficient and charge 20€ per person for the service on top of any tax due.
They send you a receipt for payment also for your records.
