My abogado has informed me and sent me the usual info saying that tax returns need to be done as usual this year, there is no allowance for the Covid19 outbreak.

I am sure with the crisis that the Spanish government will need tax payments to paid on time even more urgent to keep the county afloat.

I've already posted the answer in another thred. AEAT say:

No interruption in the deadlines for filing tax returns and self-assessments

The suspension of the terms and the interruption of the administrative periods established in the Royal Decree declaring the state of alarm will not be applicable to the tax periods, subject to special regulations, nor will it affect, in particular, the periods for the presentation of tax returns and self-assessments.
