Yes that serious

Im also being harrased by RayD who started that he left uk to get away from trouble making British Wrongly suggesting that I am British and a trouble maker and that the assistant was the victim and I should apologise to her and offer her chocolate and flowers

(Personally I think he needs to get a new life)

I agree any one contemplating purchases from this shop in Torrevejia should be very careful

I've also had issues with La Hoya Hermosa at Cabo Roig.

Staff all sweetness and light when you are purchasing something, but if something is not fit for purpose, only those of us who have experienced their appalling customer service know what that is like.

They just go ballistic, think that says more about them than us customers.

Hi agree 100%

I have had the same problem over lights and fan re refused warranty I and other customers were threatened by the shop assistant with a pair of scissors and the police have to subdue her

I too have been harassed by RayD who stated he left UK as British are all trouble makers and that the assistant was in her right and I should apologies and give her chocolates and flowers

(Personally I think he needs to get another life or marry her)

I agree if anyone is contemplating purchasing from the Torrevejia shop I advise be cautious

I've been harrassed by this person when I had the temerity to complain about the debacle my husband had when his replacement debit card did not arrive, to compound issues this was during lockdown, my husband who is considered vulnerable because of his age and having survived 2 strokes was forced to visit the bank 5 times before this was resolved.

All this was our fault according to this person.

As I said he needs to get a life

Sorry to hear of your family situation

Hope your husband is comfortable
