We have tried ringing the police to report some dogs barking opposite our property at 1.00 a.m. We are concerned there is something wrong as the front door is open and the owner doesn't seem to be there but the police put the phone down, probably because we don't speak Spanish but what if there is a reason the dogs are barking? There must be a way to report this?

You could try downloading the AlertCops app and reporting it that way.
I have it on my phone but never had to use it.

Thank you, the police and fire brigade have now turned up but this is now 2 hours later. Someone else may have reported the dogs barking.
