In my experience Sabadell are dreadful. I suggest Deutsche Bank, there are several branches locally. You get no frills German efficiency.

I have been with Sabadell for 16 years with no problems at all.

If I am honest they are ok, we were with Solbank which is Sabadell now for a number of years then switched to Cam bank both no problem, we sold up in 2010 and came back in 2017 we opened the Sabadell account again as we required a bankers draft for the house purchase, it was fine I cant fault them the app works well but for me its the charges I cant stomach complete rip off but all the banks are the same.
We only need it to pay the Utilities as we dont have a mortgage and we dont envisage getting a loan so it works for us to use Wise which is accepted by all companies.
