To Jim Taylor and any body else with knowledge in this area. I want to Pay my imputed tax by December but I intend to deal with this personally without the use of my accountant. Is it easy and straightforward for me to handle or should I go back to my accountant.  I have a good and supportive accountant but if I can save money by doing it myself, I would like to give it a go. Also I see it as a learning Process. Jim You seem to have a good knowledge of these things that's why, I'm calling on you.

Hi I do my own but not with the digital signature I fill the form in on line and print the PDF and present it to the bank. Have a look on here https://www.citizensadvice.org.es in the search section type Non Resident Tax it will give you the current information on what % you use to work out your tax it also gives the link to the ‘complete guide’just click on where it says ‘Here’ it gives you an example of how the tax is calculated plus other information.

When you have the Guide scroll down to page 4 click on the blue writing ‘This Link’ it will take you directly to the section that you need on the Agencia Tributaria website click on Preliminary Tax Return Form 210. This will give you Modelo 210 in English. Once completed it will ask you if you want to create a PDF, the PDF will print out 3 pages 2 for you and 1 for the Bank. On 2 of the pages you need to hand write your NIE number, sign and date the pages and take all 3 to Bank. I know this method I’ve given you seems long winded but it’s a good guide for people doing it for the first time. Don’t be alarmed when you print the PDF as it comes out in a different format to the onscreen form. If I can be if any further help just let me know....Good luck!

If you get stuck with any of the sections on Modelo 210 you can always private message me and I’ll most certainly try and help, I have my copies here with me...I’m back in the UK at the moment.

Good afternoon to all. Just having a break from woodworking and saw this thread.

I appreciate the comments made about me, but I only know the theory about 210s - I've never done one myself. It's something I want to learn, so that I am in a position to help others. What I'd really like to get my hands on is a copy of a completed 210.

However, Cathy (Yorkshire Lass) has given excellent information as always, and I couldn't improve on what she's said even if I knew the subject. Listen to her, folks, and you'll save money.
