Good choice Geoff - it will be a relatively small amount, but when people ignore it, they will be fined on top of the tax due.

Hi with my resident tax this was paid annually through my solicitor, they would notify me the date and the figure. I lived permanent in Spain so never rented my property but I think they also charged 80 euros annually for this service.
