Thank you for that, I am a bit confused though re when they have to be paid as they were paid by our solicitor for year 2018 I think ( I will know more when I get over as paperwork for the 2018 is at my property) but assuming 2018 paid you mentioned I have plenty time 2019 when is the deadline

Hi assuming you don’t rent out your property, the deadline for your annual return is 31st December.

Do you know anyone I can go to to fill and work out what we pay, as I have tried the websites listed on the forum and the uk tax one is not taking any more customers, I can fill on the forms on line but do not know how much to pay

Wow that’s the first time I’ve heard of that! They must be really busy. Jim has put a link on for you with information of a Company that does non Resident taxes for €20.
