Hi Terry, I haven't had an e-mail but when I go into my booking on their website it tells me my flight has been cancelled but when I click on the "get refund" tab it just takes me back to the flight search screen. I'll keep trying as I have a week to go yet.

Hi we were due to fly out on Saturday and our flights were cancelled yesterday, however trying to get a refund is proving a nightmare.  I logged in and it kept saying the reservation number was incorrect, i then realises only the outgoing flight is cancelled not the return, i suppose they will do this eventually

I tried again through Disruptions and got the form up but when I submitted it they don't recognize my flight reference, the very one they quote on all the e-mails they have sent me and the one that got me into their system in the first place. I had not checked in.
I've been waiting 3 hours on live chat and have given up for now assuming they are dealing with flights within the next few days first.

This seems a little hit n miss, with what is going in and out to Alicante.

I flew in yesterday on Easyjet - I am a resident in Spain but had been visiting friends in London for 1 month. (Not sure that makles any difference really) I did get the option to cancel my flight or continue with it?

We have the same problem.  Supposed to be going out Tuesday and flight still active.  Like you can’t get hold of anyone.  They have sent an email offering to change flights but because we had checked in you can’t do it online and can’t get hold of customer service to doit for you.  I have sent in a complaint in the hope I get a response....I have heard they won’t refund but I’m not sure they can do that if they have restricted our access to rebook??

Yes we are with Ryanair.  I did receive an email saying we could change the flight but I can’t do it online as we had checked in already. I saw the article in your link but although Tuesday is a while away, we are most likely not to fly.  I get there are hundreds due to fly out before me but it’s still frustrating especially when you read of people who are having problems getting rebooked and refunds.  Anyway, time will tell and I hope everyone gets sorted out.

Have you actually managed to get a refund? There has been a major problem with refunds part of the app and website this week so many people, including me, have neither been able to rearrange flights or claim a refund. Customer service virtually non-existent.
