Hi all,
I arrive in Villamartin on Saturday 01 July for a two week break at my apartment. Seeking any like-minded people wanting to meet up for a social, walk, swim, cycle, day at the beach, beer, meal, music, etc.
I'm an easy going 54 year old man, well travelled and enjoy good company. Have met some nice people from this forum before when I've been over and it adds to the enjoyment of my stay.

Hi and unfortunately I will not be in the area until the end of July and I am also looking for friends and somewhere to rent with a view to a possible purchase on the future

Enjoy your stay and good luck with your search...it's a great area. I'm sure there are plenty on this forum who can guide you to finding a rental / purchase, they're a very informed and helpful group :-)

Download the Meet Up app. You can find local organised walks (Torrevieja Walking Group) and also other groups, depending on your interests. A great way to meet people.

Not sure if it’s appropriate to put this here but I’m selling a Two bedroom apartment in Villamartin overlooking the Plaza for €96,000I’m currently over here now decorating and painting the apartment. if interested please let me know. John
