Went in again and they have changed the order it is:
HELP (TOP RIGHT) CLICK, THEN CLICK ON HELP CENTRE - GO TO BOTTOM AND CLICK ON CONTACT US THEN LETS CHAT AND CLICK ON CHAT NOW enter all details and say NO to have we answered your question and they will give you a list and press on "I need to speak with Support" which is the last one on the list and then wait they will respond.
Good luck let me know how it goes
PS They are open to 9 pm tonight!!

I am in the same position of flying on Boxing Day and being asked for £90 per person to change.
I have been told that this is because I availed an offer previously when again we couldn’t travel due to FCO advice and move the flights to Boxing Day free of charge and you are only allowed on free move under the terms and conditions.
Maybe this is your situation as well and why you are being asked for the change fee, I have tried reasoning with them but unfortunately policies and terms and conditions are the only answer I get and told to pay the change or lose it.
Worth noting if you don’t travel you can claim the airport taxes back but minus an admin fee of £17 or €20 so might not be worth it.

As I said I found it easier to speak to Customer Services as they make the change there and then with no charges except for increase in flights for new dates, if any- Have you tried to change them to a date before 15 March? I have Lost so much money to Ryanair for flights this year hate to give them anymore. Maybe try again quoting above. I hope you have success as a lot to lose and a lot to pay out too!!!! for a service you have already paid for Gillian
All done chatted with Maria and all changed for free, well slight flight price difference. And they changed the route to the opposite way.
