This is correct, for two people it adds £160 on to the cost of the return journey. Most budget flight operators add charges for check in luggage, on top of a charge for any other frills you may want to add on like food or water for example ☀️
Yes. That is their published rates.

Check the size and weight for your hand luggage allowance. Ryanair allow 10kg case per person plus a small bag (handbag or similar). Airlines can have slightly different measurements for the hand luggage case, and that size will include the wheels, so double check the case you are using is acceptable as hand luggage. They MAY request that you put your hand luggage case in the hold, free of charge, but with Ryanair usually paying for priority boarding means it stays with you, with Jet2 you pay around £3 to guarantee keeping it with you.
The airlines will be looking at all ways to try and recoup money in any way they can.
The price you have been quoted does seem correct but goes up after your booking is confirmed. When you first look at the flights it seems cheap but by the time you add priority the booking goes up by more or less 50%.
Unless you manage to do something different.

Hi Ryanair only allow a small bag onboard free of charge. They no longer put a 10kg case in the hold for free they haven’t for quite some time. You can either pay for priority boarding and take the bag on with you or book it in to the hold. If you go on their website and look at their baggage policy it explains it clearly. Please don’t turn up at the plane with the bag if its not been paid for...they will charge you a hefty fee.
