Try  not to  buy  online,  you will not see Rubbish bins  nearby,  or  untidy Apartment,  

You  need to talk  with  resident  Neighbours  and President  of Community  in  person, Mistake  can cost Thousands , but go  with  your Gut  feeling,  

I have viewed property  just a bit confused as it says aircon throughout but I only remember seeing one unit in sitting room ?

How  many bedrooms  in Apartment,  I  have a  2 bedroom  Apartment  with  1 Air conditioning units,  but next winter  will a 2nd  in main  Bedroom,  but I will be  spending  5or 6 months  out in Torrevieja  next winter  all going well, 

It has 2 bedrooms  would you advise getting units in bedrooms? 

Are they expensive to install and run. 

I have a quote for 565 for 1 unit  installed,  if you are intending  to be here in Summer  and January and  February,  I  would advise  getting  1 in Bedroom  as it  can be very  Hot 🔥  and Humid  in July August  and nights are cold January and  February,  get AAA  rated  unit and not too expensive  to run 😀,  but you have some  comfort

I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Villamartin and have 3 ac units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. I don't find it expensive to run them and the comfort value is enormous. I rarely have all three on but can if I want.
