Hi everyone I have only just purchased a property so am a little vague on things can anyone tell me when community charges are paid is it once a year or monthly and are they payable in advance when you take over ownership

It depends on the community. I pay them twice a year to the management company. They should have contacted you to arrange how much and when the payment is due. I pay by direct debit. Also the president of the community should be able to inform you of this. This person should also give you a copy of the community rules
Hi we pay January and September think that is norm.....

We pay June and December your administrator can set up a direct debit.
