Ray I’m proud of my British Christian heritage and my history what happened in the past does not relate to what is happening now. I know your not a fan of the UK, but if you destroy and pretend history never happened you can’t learn from it.

I don't think anyone is pretending History never happened... The opposite in fact by highlighting the misdeeds and making the decision not to celebrate them and to record them accurately.

So it was the football hooligans who dragged a policeman off his horse and continued to beat him on the ground with 4 others? Football hooligan who went round stabbing people in Trafalgar square?? Must be on of the 10 people who still read the guardian

I think you misread/misinterpreted my post, I said they were 'hooligans, pure and simple'. They had nothing to do with football at all. They were just thugs.

You are missing the point, what was accepted in the past is not now acceptable so instead of the mindless thugs and rioters committing criminal damage, educate everyone otherwise if this continues the sleeping giant will awake,people are getting really p--sed off
