Need to get quotes to move from England to Spain

Hi, i am also moving over in March next year and will require someone to move me. The following was posted on here a couple of days ago by someone but it may be useful:

Hi Andy I have tried your email and for some reason it won't send anyway can you please give me a quote for my removal we take over the apartment which is a first floor one on the 5th February I have enclosed my list of things that need removing to our new place
