I ordered twice from M&S Spain in May and both boxes where delivered by DHL and I live in La Florida. Strange how yours is by a different company. I wonder if it was because of the value of my orders where quite high, I think from memory both orders where over €100.

Update. This parcel has had 2 shipment numbers.
On the SEUR Tracking it was showing " incident" we are managing your order.
M & S tracking link on the email confirming the order was showing for 4 consecutive days " no space on the van"
On the DPD tracking website was showing out for delivery on 13th September, it finally arrived yesterday.
I have had parcel from M & S delivered by DHL but the last time there was a charge of €26, which M & S refunded.
Last month I ordered a leather bag from M & S value €120 delivered without a problem by SEUR. Recent order value €64.
