Trying to see doctors

Hi I needed several time to contact my Dr at the clinic at Cabo riog and no answer by telephone. It's to get results of my stays last mint no one contacted me I tried to ring lots of times but after a few rings the cut you off .I know they are not under pressure with any corona virus cases the clinic I was empty. I got the impression of don't ask us anything and will get the doc to ring you next week

I think there are some elderly people afraid to ring with minor complaints but can lead if not seen to more serious conditions .and last they ring the emergency no they won't answer the phone I know I tried .the clinic is not under any pressure.. so when will they let us make appointments to physically see the doctor .

Just go to the clinic and ask them. If they consider your request justified, they'll give you an appointment with the doctor.

Thanks your right . I have been to the clinic in person

They told me all contacts with the doctor will be by phone .they will ring me on Friday. But I thought if someone in not see in person physical symptoms cannot be seen. I.e eyes skin colour .breathing . And the general look of a person .impossible by phone .many cancer patients have gone undetected both and the U.k .so phone appointment can't replace face to face . With social distancing of course .
